Well, sometimes I do leap like a lunatic….
Sometimes I dance under the light of the full moon….
And sometimes I sit by the woodstove on a snowy winter’s day and dream a little dream…

If what we do is an expression of what we love and who we are in this world, then perhaps sharing with you a few ways I’ve expressed myself in the past or am currently will give you a sense of “me”: Teacher, Mother, Nature Guide (for the Terwillager Nature Education Center), Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, Herbalist, Ordained Minister (20+ years), and Spiritual Counselor, Healing Facilitator, Artist, Writer, Poet, Entrepreneur.

I lived from 1999 until the beginning of 2007 on 10 acres, about 25 miles outside of Flagstaff - completely off the grid and on Solar, with woodstove heating in the winter. It was very much a hands-on way of life; one comes to know nature and her immediate environment well. From this seven year adventure/journey, grew an understanding, on a deep level, of what is and what really isn't all that important.

Having learned what I needed to from this experience, I sold my house at the end of 2006 and spent some time adventuring. I’m currently developing a website focused on BioSpiritual Healing as well as building my healing practice, The Integral LEAP.

 I’ve been away from this community for quite some time now. I see how much change has happened here during my absence. Wow! I’m looking forward to reconnecting with old friends in the coming weeks and to meeting new friends as well.
